Pompa di carica
Una pompa di carica è un circuito che utilizza interruttori, diodi e condensatori per generare una tensione di alimentazione che supera i limiti massimi consentiti usando componenti passivi. Una pompa di carica positiva può generare un'alimentazione in uscita superiore al terminale di alimentazione di ingresso positivo, mentre una pompa di carico negativa (o a inversione) può generare un terminale di alimentazione in uscita inferiore al terminale di alimentazione in ingresso negativo (o terra). Questi circuiti vengono usati in molte applicazioni ma sono spesso impiegati per controllare i gate di transistor usati per collegare insieme i terminali di alimentazione.
