Global leaders

Kristen Russell
President, Global Enterprise Computing Solutions Business

Kristin D. Russell

Kristin Russell serves as president of Arrow’s global enterprise computing solutions business providing technology solutions, services and support to value-added resellers, managed services providers, system integrators and their customers.

Russell most recently served as president of Arrow’s global services business since 2016. Prior to joining Arrow, Russell spent two years as managing director for public and private sectors at Deloitte Consulting and, from 2011 to 2014, served as secretary of technology and chief information officer for the State of Colorado. Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems.

Russell holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the University of Colorado.

Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer

Kaushik Ghosh

Kaushik Ghosh is vice president and global chief information officer of Arrow’s global enterprise computing solutions business, with responsibility for leading the global information technology systems, capabilities and strategic initiatives. Ghosh has more than 20 years of global leadership experience and a proven track record of driving and delivering global IT solutions to help exceed company’s strategic and financial goals.

Ghosh most recently served as an IT leader for Arrow's global enterprise computing solutions business in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Arrow in 2009, Ghosh held several technical leadership positions at Fujitsu Americas, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and was responsible for leading multiple ERP and digital initiatives within high-tech manufacturing, retail and distribution services industries.

Ghosh holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from a pioneer educational institution in India and currently resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with his wife and son.

Global Vice President, Marketing and Customer Experience

Danielle Post

As the global vice president of marketing and customer experience for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business, Danielle Post is dedicated to leading Arrow’s global demand generation and marketing efforts. With over 15 years of integrated marketing experience, she has deep expertise in strategic planning, demand generation, partnership building and omnichannel communications to drive sustainable growth.

Prior to Arrow, Post worked in the IT channel, leading the development and execution of marketing and demand generation strategies for IT vendors and channel partners. Outside of work, she is committed to supporting her community and actively serves on the advisory board of The Children's Home Society. Post holds a bachelor’s degree in biology; she lives in Tampa, Florida with her family.

Global Vice President, ArrowSphere

Shannon McWilliams

Shannon McWilliams is global vice president of ArrowSphere, Arrow’s award-winning digital distribution platform. McWilliams has nearly 30 years of experience in the technology industry, leading both channel and sales teams.

McWilliams first joined Arrow in 2010, taking on roles within the IBM business unit. He quickly moved across the organization to drive other lines of business, such as virtualization, security and emerging supplier solutions in analytics, big data and security. He took a brief hiatus from Arrow to build a channel business in the location intelligence and data quality space, returning in late 2020 to apply his skills to the cloud platform business across all supplier lines. His innovative approach to the market and to building out high performance teams is the hallmark of his career in technology.

McWilliams holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Southern College, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida State University, College of Business. He and his wife, Kimberly, live in Tallahassee, Florida, where they raised their two children.

North America leaders

Director of Information Technology

Deepak Agarwal

Deepak Agarwal is a senior director and chief information officer for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in North America, responsible for leading and transforming the information technology footprint and delivering on strategic initiatives, including digital business transformation for commercial and public sector organizations. Agarwal joined Arrow in 2008 and is a thought leader with 18+ years of technology management experience, specializing in designing technology strategies to overcome complex business challenges and delivering rapid results.

Agarwal has led many transformational IT projects and recently established an intelligent automation practice from the ground up across Arrow’s global business with a worldwide team of technologists to deliver innovative solutions and help exceed the company’s strategic and financial goals.

Prior to joining Arrow, Agarwal provided IT consulting services in multiple ERP and digital initiatives within large high-tech international manufacturing companies, including Emerson and GE. He received his Master of Science in engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with his wife and son.

Vice President, Supplier Alliances – Infrastructure and Hardware

Andy Banks

Andy Banks is vice president of infrastructure and hardware supplier alliances for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in North America. In this role, he leads a team of supplier managers and engineers who support all existing and new supplier lines and alliances within infrastructure and hardware.

Banks is a veteran in the IT industry, having held executive, sales management, finance and operations management roles at leading companies, including VMware, Cisco and Hitachi Data Systems. In addition, he spent over 15 years in the IT channel as a global VP of distribution for VMware, North American VP at Comstor, and as general manager for a value-added solutions provider in the networking, security and data center space.

Banks resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife of 32 years, Lisa, and enjoys fly fishing, golf, skiing and tennis.

Vice President, Supplier Alliances – Software and Security

Matthew Brennan

Matthew Brennan is vice president of software and security supplier alliances for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in North America. He is responsible for leading the sales execution of the supplier management team, collaborating closely with suppliers and customers to implement Arrow’s modern channel strategy and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

Prior to Arrow, Brennan served as vice president of Americas channel sales for SonicWall. With more than 27 years of experience in sales, marketing and executive leadership, he has also held executive roles at two premier managed service providers, Calian Group Ltd. (formerly Computex Technology Solutions) and VirtualArmour, where he served as senior vice president of sales and president, respectively.

Brennan also possesses a strong background in marketing and communications, with successes in brand messaging, media production and marketing campaign development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Texas Christian University and resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and two children.

Vice President and General Manager, U.S. Public Sector

Tamara Ells

Tamara Ells is vice president and general manager of Arrow’s public sector practice, immixGroup. Before joining immixGroup, she served in a variety of sales leadership positions within Arrow Electronics, formulating revenue generation strategies for legacy and alternative consumption models through channel partners.

Ells has a proven track record of developing strategic alliances and partnerships with key IT manufacturers, and leading successful growth initiatives throughout her 25-year career. She is recognized for developing winning teams and creating success-oriented cultures.

Ells has received several awards, including CRN Channel Chief 2020; 2020 Women Worth Watching in Leadership, Diversity Journal Award; and CRN Power 100 Women of the Channel 2019. She is a graduate of Northwestern University where she earned a BA in economics.

Vice President, Sales

Ben Klay

Ben Klay is vice president of sales for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in North America. With more than 20 years of experience, Klay is a consistent, innovative leader in the organization, building a track record of growth as a result of successful strategy, solid execution and reliable customer service.

Klay joined Arrow in 2000, taking on roles of progressive leadership in sales and business unit management. Most recently, he served as vice president of alliances for the North American business. His relentless focus on operational excellence and practical solutions to customer challenges has helped Klay’s teams excel in both good and bad economies.

Klay holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He and his wife, Erin, live in Parker, Colorado, with their two children.

Vice President, Customer Experience

Candace Mehalko

Candace Mehalko is vice president of customer experience for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in North America. In her role, she is chartered with delivering on Arrow’s strategic initiatives, including digital business transformation; data integration and governance programs; implementing continuous process improvement; and directing supply chain management for both the commercial and public sector organizations. Mehalko brings to this role more than 25 years channel experience holding several leadership positions in sales, operations, program development, and process design and optimization.

Initially joining Arrow in 1994, Mehalko began her career in IBM purchasing and inventory management. She then expanded into leadership roles in operations and sales, leading the annuity group as well as the converged infrastructure supplier organization. In 2017, Mehalko took a position at a supplier organization focused on big data and data integration, leading their channel operations and partner programs teams. She returned to Arrow in 2020 to head up the digital operations team prior to assuming her current role.

Mehalko holds a bachelor’s degree in business and resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where she and her husband have raised their four children.
